Ja A. Vizzier, Planning
permitThe first item discussed was the question on whether or not the
creation of more than one lot out of an wdsting parcel would interfere
with future subdivision of property east of Highway 71 South and south
of Twenty Second Street or surrounding properties, I
Paul E. Sullins had requested a .. property which .:
not been subdivided. The subdivision regulations permit the building
inspector to decide if the creation of one lot will interfere with
future development. (This decision had been made by Harold E. Lieberenz,
City Building Inspector, when building permit No. 5388 was issued
Februar7 3. 1964). However, if more than one lot is involved, the
Planning Commission is to determine if the proposed lots will interimm
fare with future subdivisions and development.
After briefly discussing the request of Mr. Paul E. Sullins, the
Committee was _ .y to recommend to the Planning Commission
Sullins not be required to file the preliminary plat and follow the
procedure required by the Subdivision Regulations as there would be no
new street created or improvements installed, The Committee further
rec.de nded thatSullins be issuedbuilding Permit*
