STREET COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA (REVISED)
The City of Fayetteville Street Committee will be meeting in Room 326 of City Hall on Monday,
September 14, 2009 at 4:30 pm. The following topics proposed for discussion at the committee
meeting include:
I . Call meeting to order by Chairman Robert Ferrell.
2. TRANSPORTATION BOND PROGRAM : Presentation of financing documents for Series 2009
Sales and Use Tax Capital Improvements Bonds.
3 . Discussion regarding Master Street Plan Amendment for a portion of West Avenue between South
and Prairie Streets.
4. GARLAND AVE ( HWY 112 ) IMPROVEMENTS - NORTH TO MELMAR Discussion
regarding revision to Mount Comfort Road Intersection on the East side of Garland Ave.
5. MAPLE STREET AND LAFAYETTE STREET BRIDGE REHABILITATION: Review of
proposed contract with TranSystems, Inc. for study and analysis of existing bridges.
6. FAYETTEVILLE EXPRESSWAY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORRIDOR-Review of
preliminary roundabout plans at the Northhills/Futrall intersection.
7. General Update of the Transportation Bond Program.
8. Scheduling of the next Street Committee Meeting. Staff Recommends scheduling the next
meeting for Tuesday, October 13, after the City Council Agenda Session.
