STREET COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA
The City of Fayetteville Street Committee will be meeting in Room 326 of City Hall at 4:30 P.M.
on Monday, January 26, 2009. The following topics proposed for discussion at the committee
meeting include:
1 . Call meeting to order by Chairman Robert Ferrell.
2. Approval of the minutes from the January 12, 2009 Street Committee meeting if available.
3 . CROSSOVER ROAD ACCESS MANAGEMENT PLAN : Presentation of the Arkansas Highway
& Transportation Department's plan for access management on Crossover Road between Mission
Boulevard and the northern City Limits in association with the road widening project. This item
was tabled at the January 12, 2009 Street Committee Meeting.
4. GARLAND AVENUE WIDENING PROJECT (NORTH STREET TO MELMAR): Discussion
of the preliminary plans and a presentation of the traffic model prepared by the Arkansas Highway
& Transportation Department for the various road configurations.
5. Scheduling of the next Street Committee Meeting. Staff recommends scheduling the next meeting
on Monday, February 23 , 2009 at 4:30.
