STREET COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA
The City of Fayetteville Street Committee will be meeting in Room 326 of City
Hall at 4:30 P.M. on Thursday, September 6, 2007. The following topics proposed
for discussion at the committee meeting include:
1 . Call Meeting to Order by Chairman Lioneld Jordan
2. Approval of the minutes from the August 20, 2007 Street Committee meeting.
3 . Transportation Bond Program Items:
A. Discussion of Amendment No. 1 to the engineering contract with Garver Engineers in the
amount of $278, 150 for final design and bidding services associated with the Cato Springs
Road Improvement Project.
B. General update of the Street Bond Program.
4. Discussion of a request from the developers of the Crystal Springs Subdivision to jointly utilize the
planned Raven Lane crossing of Clabber Creek for a golf cart path that is to be used by Razorback
Golf Course.
5. Discussion of the proposed access management ordinance that was presented at the September 20,
2007 Street Committee Meeting.
6. Discussion of traffic calming for Miller Street, Yates Avenue and Poplar Street between Gregg
Avenue and Green Acres Road near Woodland Junior High School.
7. Scheduling of the next Street Committee Meeting.
8. Adjourn
