MINUTES OF A PLAT REVIEW MEETING
A meeting of the Fayetteville Plat Review Committee was held on
Thursday, August 22, 1991 in Room 111 of the City Administration
Building, 113 West Mountain Street, Fayetteville, Arkansas.

FINAL PLAT - NORTH POINT
McILROY BANK & TRUST - N OF HALL, E OF HWY 71 BYPASS
The only item on the agenda was a request for approval of a final
plat for North Point Subdivision, located on the north side of Hall
Avenue and east of Highway 71 Bypass, consisting of 5.82 acres with
8 proposed lots. The property is zoned C-2. Mr. Doug Hemingway
appeared to represent Mcllroy Bank & Trust.
DAVID TUCKER - SOUTHWESTERN BELL TELEPHONE
Mr. David Tucker, Southwestern Bell Telephone, stated all cable had
already been placed. He stated he had no further comments.
DON BUNN - CITY ENGINEER
Mr. Bunn stated all of the work was completed at this subdivision.
He had no further comments.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:10 a.m.
