HomeMy WebLinkAbout1990-04-12 Minutes• • • MINUTES OF A PLAT REVIEW MEETING A meeting of the Fayetteville Plat Review Committee vas held on Thursday, April 12, 1990 in Room 111 of the City Administration Building, 113 West Mountain Street, Fayetteville, Arkansas. UTILITY REPRESENTATIVES• CITY REPRESENTATIVES• OTHERS PRESENT: Tom McElroy, Rick Evans and Larry Winkler Elaine Cattaneo and Mickey Jackson Delvin Nation and Mike Manning of Perry Butcher & Associates and Colonel Bergman LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT PLAN - GOOD SHEPHERD LUTHERAN CHURCH DRLVIN NATION - 2925 OLD MISSOURI ROAD The only item was a large scale development plan for Good Shepherd Lutheran Church represented by Delvin Nation and Mike Manning of Perry Butcher & Associates. This is an addition to the church at 2925 Old Missouri Road. It is zoned R-1, Low Density Residential and contains 3.80 acres. LARRY WINKKL.ER - SWEPCO Winkler stated that he doesn't see any problem with extending the service. RICK EVANS - ARKANSAS WESTERN GAS He has no problems with it. TOM MCELROY - SOUTHWESTERN BELL TELEPHONE McElroy stated that he has no problems with it. He advised that they need to make sure their electrician provides access and wiring for any additional service they need in the building. MICKEY JACKSON - FIRE CHIEF Jackson asked if the connection of the addition would have a rated separation. Mr. Manning advised that there will be a fire door at the upper end of the corridor. He added that they are going to separate the new addition from that corridor and the existing building for the fire door. ELAINE CATTANEO - CITY PLANNING SECRETARY Cattaneo advised that the City Engineer, Don Bunn, was unable to attend the meeting and may have comments later. She reminded them that they will need to notify the adjoining property owners and submit proof to the Planning Office. She noted that the Subdivision Committee will meet on April 18 at 10:30 a.m. in Room 111 and the Planning Commission meets on April 23rd at 5:00 p.m. She asked that they submit 13 more copies of the plat by Monday, April 16th. HAL MORTON - SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT Morton was not a the meeting, but he commented that he had no problem with the plat.
