MINUTES OF A PLAT REVIEW MEETING
A meeting of the Fayetteville Plat Review Committee was held on Thursday, August
24, 1989 in Room 111 of the City Administration Building, 113 West Mountain
Street, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
UTILITY REPRESENTATIVES• Tom McElroy, Rick Evans and Jim Crownover
CITY REPRESENTATIVES- Elaine Cattaneo
OTHERS PRESENT: None
LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR EXPANSION OF IBM BUILDING
RON TABOR - 4058 NORTH COLLEGE AVENUE
The only item of review was a large scale development plan for the expansion of
the IBM building located at 4058 North College Avenue submitted by Ron Tabor of
Flake & Company in Little Rock.
TOM MCELROY - SOUTHWESTERN BELL TELEPHONE
McElroy stated that the only comment he has is that his entrance cable goes
directly under the addition to the building and they. need„to.be_sure they get
it located and be careful of it.
RICK EVANS - ARKANSAS WESTERN GAS
Evans stated that they have no problem with the addition on the building and they
won't have anything in the way. Will not need any additional easements.
JIM CROWNOVER - OZARKS ELECTRIC CO
Crownover stated that they will need the new load information as soon as possible
so they can order the transformer to get it there by the time it is needed.
MICKEY JACKSON - FIRE CHIEF
Jackson was unable to attend the meeting, but he commented that the sprinkler
system in the existing building needs to be extended to the new structure.
HAL MORTON - SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT
Morton was unable to attend the meeting but he commented that he didn't see a
dumpster location for the existing building on the plan. Need to be aware that
the trash dumpster can't be located underneath the overhang of the new structure.

PERRY FRANKLIN - TRAFFIC SUPERINTENDENT
Franklin was unable to attend the meeting, but he commented that the entrance
off of North College needs to stay an "entrance only".
