I OCo • Plat Review June 16, 1988 Page 2 MICKEY JACKSON - FIRE DEPARTMENT Jackson stated that the one hydrant shown at the location on the preliminary plat is satisfactory. He had no other comments. DON BUNN - CITY ENGINEER He advised that there needs to be a contract between the City and the Property Owner's Association that the islands will be maintained by the Property Owner's Association and the City will have no responsibility for them. The drainage on this subdivision is a problem, so this probably will not go to the next Planning Commission meeting. The drainage easements need to be put on the plat; they may affect utility easements shown. If so, they will need to come back and take care of them. He advised that the length of the cul-de-sac was waived when the preliminary came through. 107
