TRACY METZGER - CITY PARKS DEPARTMENT This piece is located in the NE park district and the green space ordinance states the land required is .2 acres and the money in leu of the land is $1,680.00. JUDY DAVIS - SWEPCO The easement is okay. We request that Ozark Electric serve the street light in the cul-de-sac. We will serve lots 7-11. DON BUNN - CITY ENGINEER • Perry Franklin had a comment on the Island at 265. You probably need to get in touch with him and discuss it. We've had some problems with Islands like that. • Plat Review Page 2 March 10, 1988 DON BUNN - CITY ENGINEER CONTINUED Bunn asked if the island in the cul-de-sac was going to be paved. Wimberly stated that both islands were going to landscaped. Bunn stated that it needs to be shown on the plat. Bunn suggested that they talk with Perry Franklin about the landscaping also. Bunn stated that the notifications needed to be made 7 days before subdivision committee meets. The problem is that we don't know when the subdivision committee is going to meet. The planning commission has not set a date yet for the subdivision committee to meet. The planning commission will be meeting Monday. As soon as we know what day they want to meet, we'll let you know. Do you have the drainage worked out? Wimberly stated that everything to the south up hill and taking it out to the Hwy. The only thing that would drain out onto the adjoining property is the North lots 2-9. The rest of it we're intercepting all the water from the church area into the street then into a storm drain and out to the Hwy. side ditch. We'll get with Al and work it out. It was very well designed before we ever finalized the preliminary plat. Bunn stated that on the water he would need some flow data for that fire hydrant. We really need a tie across Hwy. 265. Bunn said that they would need to ask for a variance on the cul-de-sac. Bunn asked if they would have the streets named by the time they get to subdivision committee. They responded thatthey. would. Bunn stated that he no other comments at this time, but may have some more before the subdivision committee comes up WALLY BRT - SANITATION SUPERINTENDENT He was unable to attend but had no comment. `L3
