HomeMy WebLinkAbout1988-02-11 Minutes• • • MINUTES OF A PLAT REVIEW MEETING A meeting of the Fayetteville Plat Review Committee vas held on Thursday, February 11, 1988 in Room 111 of the City Administration building, 113 West Mountain Street, Fayetteville, Arkansas. UTILITY REPRESENTATIVES - CITY REPRESENTATIVES - OTHERS PRESENT: Tom McElroy, Dennis Burrack and Russell Anderson Tessi Franzmeier Lindell Duncan APPROVAL OF A LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT - PLANT NURSERY LINDELL DUNCAN - 2620 N. GREGG The only item of consideration was a Large Scale Development plan submitted by Lindell Duncan for a plant nursery located at 2620 N. Greggs. Property zoned A- 1, Agricultural and contains 4.0 acres more or less. RUSSELL ANDERSON - ARKANSAS WESTERN GAS Anderson had no comments. TOM MCELROY - SOUTHWESTERN BELL McElroy had no comments. DENNIS BURRACK - SWEPCO Burrack had no comments. WALLY BRT - SANITATION SUPERINTENDENT Brt had no comments. TESSI FRANZJIE SR - PLANNING SECRETARY Franzmeier advised a sidewalk would be required on Gregg and that the Planning Commission would probably except a Bill of Assurance for the sidewalk. She requested proof of notification either by certified mail, return receipt requested or by an ad in the legal section of the newpaper. Franzmeier advised proof of notification had to be submitted 7 days prior to the Subdivision Committee meeting. She advised the 20' of required ROW had already been obtained prior to this development. Franzmeier said the curb cut was already existing therefor a permit from the AHD would not be required. She requested the revised �1 • • • Plat Review February 11, 1988 Page 2 copies of the plat to be accurately scaled. She requested 3 parking spaces at 9X12 and that the parking lot had to be paved. She requested 2 sets of As-Builts after completion of the building. Franzmeier requested 10 revised plats on or before February 15, 1988 by 5:00 p.m., Subdivision Committee would meet on February 18, 1988 at 3:30 p.m. and Planning Commission would meet on February 22, 1988 at 5:00 p.m. 1t
