A meeting of the Fayetteville Plat Review Committee was held on Thursday,
November 12, 1987 in Room 111 of the City Administration Building, 113 West
Mountain Street, Fayetteville, Arkansas.

FINAL PLAT - HILLSIDE SUBDIVISION
SAM MATHIAS - EAST OF OLD WIRE ROAD

The only item of consideration was a preliminary plat of Hillside Subdivision
submitted by Sam Mathias and represented by Dave Jorgensen of Jorgensen &
Associates. Property contains 5.77 acres with a total of 14 proposed lots, zoned
R-1, Low Density Residential District. Property located east of Old Wire and
Cardinal Drive.
MICKEY JACKSON - FIRE DEPARTMENT
Jackson asked if the 6" water line tied into Steward and Jorgensen replied "yes".
Jackson had no other comments to make.
DON BUNN - CITY ENGINEER
Bunn had no comment.
PERRY FRANKLIN - TRAFFIC SUPERINTENDENT
Franklin advised that no plantings should exceed 30" tall at the intersection or
corner lots of an intersection.
SANDRA CARLISLE - PLANNING DIRECTOR
Carlisle requested a parks fee of $1,575.00 in one lump -sum as agreed by the
developer/owner prior to any issuance of a building permit. Carlisle requested
that a lien would be placed on the property by a contract until all required off-
site improvements were installed. She noted a dollar sum would be needed from the
developer or engineer so she would know how many lots to place a lien on. She
advised the Planning Commission would meet on Monday, November 23, 1987 at 5:00
p.m. She requested 10 copies of the final plat on or before Monday, November 16,

1987. Carlisle requested 2 mylars and requested the developer obtain the owners
signatures and she would obtain the City and Planning Commission signatures.
Carlisle advised once all signatures were obtained she would give the developer a
call and the mylars could then be filed. She also requested a filed copy of any
covenants for the subdivision.
TOM IMCELROY - SOUTHWESTERN BELL
McElroy stated all easements were adequate and had no other comments for the
final plat of Hillside Subdivision.
DENNIS BURRACK - SWEPCA
Burrack advised all easements were as requested and the plat looked fine.
RUSSELL ANDERSON - ARKANSAS WESTERN GAS
Anderson advised all easements were as requested and had no other comments to
add.
