DON BUNN - CITY ENGINEER
Bunn requested someone from Superior to get in touch with Lou ann
Diffen, Pretreatment Program Manager located at the Polution
Control Plant (443-3292). He said just let her know what was
going on at this location as to discharge.
SANDRA CARLISLE - PLANNING DIRECTOR
Carlisle noted that when the original plant was built, extra
parking was added for future expansion. There are over 200
spaces provided and only 166 required counting the new addition.
Therefore, no more parking is necessary. She requested proof of
notification of adjoining property owners either by certified
mail, signatures on the plat or running an ad in the legal
section of the local newspaper.
Mr. Jones said he thought the notification of adjoining property
owners was only if they were of a different zoning
classification. Mr. Jones said that the code stated the
developer shall give notice of the proposed_development to the
owners of any property having a common boundary with and a
different zoning classification than property proposed for
development.
Carlisle requested proof of notification of all adjoining
property owners with common boundary or a different zoning
classification. She advised that the Subdivision Committee would
meet on May 7, 1987 at 3:30 p.m., if approval was abtained at
that meeting there would be no need to attend the Planning
Commission meeting on May 11, 1987 at 5:00 p.m.
WALLY BRT - SANITATION SUPERINTENDENT
