MINUTES OF A PLAT REVIEW MEETING
A meeting of the Fayetteville Plat Review Committee was held on Thursday,
November 20, 1986 in Room 111 of the City Administration Building,
113 West Mountain, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
UTILITY REPRESENTATIVES PRESENT: Kenneth Wagner, Tom Mcllroy, Dennis
Burrack, L.O. Ferguson
CITY REPRESENTATIVES PRESENT: Don Bunn and Tessi Franzmeier
REPLAT OF FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT - A.W. REALTY, BLOCKS 1 & 2
A.W. REALTY - EAST SIDE OF FRONT ST., SOUTH OF SHIN ST.
The only item of consideration was the replat of a final Subdivison
Plat submitted by A.W. Realty and represented by Crafton, Tull, Spann
& Yoe for property located east of Front Street and south of Sain
Street. The property is zoned C-2, Thoroughfare Commercial and I-1,
Light Industrial and Heavy Commercial and contains 16.29 acres.
DENNIS BURRACK - SWEPCO
Burrack said all easements were adequate and saw no problem with the
plat.
KENNETH WAGNER - ARKANSAS WESTERN GAS
Wagner said gas service would be available to block 1 and 2 and all
easements were also adequate.
TOM MCILROY - SOUTHWESTERN BELL
Mcllroy saw no problem with the plat and said they had excess easements
on the south property lines.
DON BUNN - CITY ENGINEER
Bunn said water and sewer was available from Sain Street and along
Front Street. He also said they was an existing fire hydrant on the
south side of Sain Street.
L.O. FERGUSON - WARNER CABLE
Ferguson saw no problem with the plat.

MICKEY JACKSON - FIRE DEPARTMENT
Jackson said there was an existing fire hydrant on the south side
of Sain Street and everything looked fine.
SANDRA CARLISLE - PLANNING DIRECTOR
Carlisle was unable to attend this meeting but forwarded these comments:
She requested the plat show drainage, location and size of all utility
easements and the location of sidewalks and street lights. She also
requested proof of notification either by certified mail or signatures
on a plat by December 8, 1986 Carlisle requested 10 copies of the
revised plat no later than December 1, 1986. She said after approval
she would require 22 copies of the final plat and 2 mylars and if
there were convenants she would like a copy for the file. Carlisle
said the Planning Commission meeting would be December 8, 1986 at
5:00 p.m. and Subdivision would be December 4, 1986 at 4:00 p.m.
WALLY BAT - SANITATION SUPERINTENDENT
Brt had no comments.
PERRY FRANKLIN - TRAFFIC SUPERINTENDENT
Franklin had no comments.
