A meeting of the Fayetteville Plat Review Committee was held on Thursday,
October 23, 1986 in Room 111 of the City Administration Building,
113 West Mountain, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
UTILITY REPRESENTATIVES PRESENT:

Tom Mcllroy, Dennis Burrack
Don Bunn, Larry Poage, Sandra Carlisle,
Clayton Powell and Tessi Franzmeier
THE BANK OF FAYETTEVILLE - LSD
3120 N. COLLEGE - JOHN LEWIS
The only item of consideration was the Large Scale Development Plan
submitted by The Bank of Fayetteville and represented by John Lewis
for the bank branch. This property is zoned C-2, Thoroughfare Commercial.
LARRY POAGE - FIRE DEPARTMENT
Poage asked where the location was for the branch bank and John Lewis
said it was at the southwest corner of the K -Mart building approximately
54' from K -Marts south property line. Poage requested two 10 LB ABC
fire extinguishers. poage requested 1 in the lobby area and 1 behind
the counter.
TOM MCILROY - SOUTHWESTERN BELL
Mcllroy requested a 25' utility easement south and running into the
proposed bank.
TERRY ENGLAND - ARKANSAS WESTERN GAS
England was unable to attend this meeting but forwarded these comments:
England requested a 25' utility easement to cover all the utilities
going south into the bank.
DENNIS BURRACK - SWEPCO
Burrack said he would also go along with the 25' utility easement
and have the electrical contractor contact SWEPCO as soon as possible
so they could work out the correct voltages.
CLAYTON POWELL - PUBLIC CONTRACTS
Powell advised the drainage that existed between the K -Mart shopping
center and Mr. Burger's area to the south not be obstructed as it

was storm drained between the two parking lots. Powell stated there
was no need for street ROW dedications.
DON BUN - CITY ENGINEER
Bunn stated water and sewer service was in the existing easement to
the south. Bunn said they would have to speak with Don Osburn as
to a meter location.
SANDRA CARLISLE - PLANNING DIRECTOR
Carlisle requested 2 sets of As-Builts after completion of construction.
She also requested proof of notification of all adjoining property
owners either by Certified Mail, ad in the legal section of the local
newspaper or by signing the plat prior to the Subdivision meeting
which would be held on November 6, 1986 and the time would be determined.
Carlisle noted if this was approved at the Subdivision Committee meeting
there would not be a need to attend the Planning Commission on November
11, 1986.
