Will need two sets of As -Build plans and all adjoining preoperty owners need to be notified by signing the plat, sending certified letters or by publishing an ad in the legal section of the local newspaper. No extra parking is needed for such a small building as the requirement is 1 space per 1500 square feet. Since no additional parking is required and the church has been in existence since before the Ordinance, she will not require asphalt or chip and seal on the existing parking lot. The South property line is fenced and has vegetation so no screening requirement is necessary. The Plannfing Office will provide a Bill of Assurance for the sidewalk on 265 for execution by the church officials. 160
