HomeMy WebLinkAbout1986-07-03 Minutes• • • MINUTES OF A PLAT REVIEW MEETING A meeting of the Fayetteville Plat Review Committee was held on Thursday; July 3, 1986 in Room 111 of the City Administration Building, 113 West Mountain, Fayetteville, AR. UTILITY REPRESENTATIVES PRESENT: Dennis Burrack CITY REPRESENTATIVES PRESENT: Perry Franklin, Sandra Carlisle and Tessi Franzmeier WILKINS PLACE SUBDIVISION - FINAL PLAT NORTH OF OLD WIRE4 WEST OF OLD MISSOURI' CORDON WILKINS The only item of_ consideration Place Subdivision, submitted by Old Wire Road and West of Old Density Residential District. today, was the Dave Jorgensen Missouri Road, final plat of Wilkins and located North of zoned R-1.5, Moderate Dennis Burrack asked if the one street light located between lots 3 and 4 on the South side of Wilkins place is sufficient. Carlisle stated the City Code requires one street light every 300 feet, Jorgensen then asked if they have a light at the intersection of Old Missouri Road and Wilkins Place and the light between lots 3 and 4 would this be sufficient and Carlisle stated yes. WALLY BRT - SANITATION SUPERINTENDENT Brt was unable to attend this meeting but notified Carlisle of his comments: Brt saw no problem as long as there was a 50 foot radius for the trash collectors to make their pickups. PERRY FRANKLIN - TRAFFIC SUPERINTENDENT Franklin was unable to attend this meeting but notified Carlisle of his comments: asked that no planting over 30 inches and within 25 feet of the radius at the intersection of Old Missouri Road and Wilkins Place so that the visibility would not be obscured. TON MCILROY - SOUTHWESTERN BELL Mcllroy was unable to attend this meeting but notified Carlisle of his comments: Saw no problems. CLAYTON POWELL - PUBLIC CONTRACTS Powell was unable to attend this meeting but notified Carlisle of his comments: Said everthing looked good and had no problem with the plat SANDRA CARLISLE - PLANNING DIRECTOR Carlisle stated the Planning Office will need two sets of As-Builts, two mylars of the final plat when it is approved by the Planning Com- mission and 10 blueline copies of the final plat for the Planning Commission meeting on July 14, 1986. Carlisle stated no builing permit will be issued until proof of filing has been provided. Carlisle also stated if there were to be protective covenants the Planning Office would need a copy for the file.
