to represent.
1. Clayton Powell (City Street Superintendent): Powell stated this is the
most complete and desirable subdivision he has seen developed in
Fayetteville in his eleven years working for the City. He said
he has performed his final inspection on the site and that with the receipt
of a bill of assurances concerning trees and a one year warranty on
improvements he is satisfied with improvements.
He stated he needs a copy of the off-site drainage structure easement
from Mr. Plebus.
Powell said he was in the area and it appeared there was water coming
up through the pavement of one of the culs-de-sac and that the developer
may want to have the water department check for leaks.
Powell stated that since Rodgers Drive has been paved by this developer,
people have been parking on both sides of the street making it difficult
to travel the paved portion of Rodgers Drive. He stated he would like
the respective body of the City to take action to prohibit parking on
either side of Rodgers Drive from the intersection with Oklahoma Way
to the entrance to the Subdivision.
2. Wally Brt (City Sanitation Superintendent): Stated he was in agreement
with Clayton Powell in that there should be no parking on Rodgers Drive.
3. Kenneth Wagner (Arkansas Western Gas Company): Stated this subdivision
is very well laid out, the lots are marked well, gas service is in place.
4. Bobbie Jones (City Planning Administrator): Stated she had not gone
through the plat completely.
