MINUTES OF A PLAT REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING
No one was present for a meeting of the Plat Review Committee at 9:00 A.M.,
Thursday, December 17, 1981; however, some comments were submitted and are
recorded below.
The only item for discussion was the final plat of
Exhibit "A", Pages 1 and 2, of the Final Plat of
Paradise Gardens Condominium, (a survey of Lots
1-8, of the Replat of Block 3, Sweetbriar Addition).
Developers are James E. & Nita V. Lindsey
Comments received were as follows:
PARADISE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM
Final Plat
1. Clayton Powell (Street Superintendent): No.comments.
2. Kenneth Wagner (Arkansas Western Gas)• These existing units are total
electric. There is gas available within the easement along the rear
(North) property line if they ever do need gas service.
3. Avery Auten (Southwestern Bell Telephone Company): Everything looks fine.
They have built patios into the 25 ft. utility easement across the North
side of the property. This is alright in this case. In the future they
should contact us before putting anything in our easements.
3. Bobbie Jones (Planning Administrator): We will need to change the date
they have shown for Planning Commission approval to the next date the
Planning Commission meets (probably December 28, 1981).
Add the same note shown on Page 1 as to how the Master Deed and By-laws
are recorded to Page 2
On Page 1, the notation of the 25 ft. utility easement is written into
the crosshatched area North of the swimming pool. It is not clearly
legible there. Move the note outside the crosshatched area.
These comments were given to Jim Lindsey on December 17, 1981.
