MINUTES OF A PLAT REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING
A meeting of the Plat Review Committee was scheduled to be held at 9:00,
A.M., Thursday, April 23, 1981, in the Board of Directors Room, City Administration
Building, Fayetteville, Arkansas. However, representatives submitted their
comments by phone and no meeting was held.
1. Dennis Burrack (SWEPCO): Dedicate 25 ft.
lines) between Lots 6 & 7, Block 13, and
to line up with easements between Lots 8

3. Wally Brt (City Sanitation Superintendent): Stated he would like to protest
the vacation of the connection of Bois de Arc in this subdivision and
the existing Bois de Arc in Jerry Sweetser's subdivision.
4. Bobbie Jones (City Planning Administrator): From a Planning standpoint,
felt that Bois de Arc should be extended to make a through street.
5. Clayton Powell (City Street Superintendent): Developers requested a
contract to insure improvements be drafted for only a portion of the lots
in this subdivision. Mr. Powell felt that the contract should cover all
lots in East Oaks, Phase II.
