Neal Albright said .the street extension shown on .the south side o6 Lots 20 and 21 will be a pni.vate drive. 1. Bobbie Jones (Planning Adminiethatot): Note on .the plat .the pnopoaed.maximum density. We wilt need a copy o6 .the protective covenants. Bobbie Jones noted that the Planning Commission will need to waive the satiety zone between driveways. She explained that with three o% mote cans, they would not be a flowed to back into the stheet.
