PLAT REVIEW' COMMITTEE .MINUTES'
A.meeting .of the Fayetteville Plat Review Committee had been set for 9;00 A. M.,
Thursday, April 29; 1976., concerning the final plat,of the proposed
Wooded Hollow -Estates Subdivision, located off of Highway 112, This is outside
the City Limits but inside the Planning Area. Developer is Gregory Dowers.
However, since this was the only -item for.censideration and the utility companies
had no problems, they made comments by telephone rather than having the meeting.
Comments were as follows: WOODED HOLLOW ESTATES
Final:Plat
1. Frank O'Donnell (Arkansas Western Gas): The gas
line is in. We are clear with Mr. Dowers.
2. James Crownover (Ozarks Electric): No problems.
3. Clyde Terry (Warner Cable): T. V. Cable is not available and no plans
for any there at present.
4. Dick Shaw (Southwestern Bell Telephone): No problems.
5. Larry Wood (Planning Consultant): No problems.
6. Clayton Powell (Street Superintendent): If the Planning Commission
approved it with the streets meeting County standards, I do not have any
jurisdiction; therefore, I have no comments.
7. Paul Mattke (City Engineer): I have not yet received the water plans
and specifications.
8. Charles McWhorter (Fire Chief): Since this is outside the City, I have
no comments.
9. Budd Allen. (County Planning Bd): We have a letter from Mr. Dowers to the
Judge agreeing to construct the street to our requirements. That is all we
need. We do not require a bond or contract outside the City.
We feel the letter together with the signed statement of dedication on the plat
is sufficient.
