HomeMy WebLinkAbout1973-06-06 Minutes• MINUTES OF A PLAT REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING The Plat Review Committe of Fayetteville, Arkansas, met at 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, June 6, 1973, in the Directors Room, City Administration Building, Fayetteville, Arkansas. Present: Paul Mattke, Bobbie Jones. Utility Representatives Present: David Tucker. Developers and/or Engineers: Jack Burge, Joe Flournoy (from Campbell Soup). The Committee met to discuss a small addition to the Campbell Soup Plant at 1100 West 15th Street. Jack Burge and Joe Flournoy were present to represent the proposal. They said that an inside corridor is to be converted into part of the "fry room" and the addition will be for a new corridor. Comments were as follows: CAMPBELL SOUP CO. L.S. Development 1. David Tucker: Will meet on the site and work everything out. 2. Paul Mattke: Who will do the necessary plumbing? They said Roy Faubus would if any is necessary. Mr. Mattke said he wanted them to be sure a plumbing permit is obtained for it; otherwise there is no problem. 3. Bobbie Jones: Have you contacted the State Board of Health? They had not but had sent the drawings to the U.S.D.A. office in Springdale. No one was sure whether State Board of Health approval was also required, Mr. Flournoy was to check with Bill Parette, County Sanitarian, on this matter. Clayton Powell was not present and had stated that since no changes were proposed in driveways or parking he was not affected. Wallace Brt had also said the Sanitation Department was not affected because they do not service Campbell Soup. The meeting was adjourned at 1:30 P.M. 12
