Paul Mattke: There is a 6 inch water line in Hill Ave, There is a sewer line along the North side of the railroad track, about where the buildings are showng down to Governments tnd there is a sewer in Government Ave. The proposed building should not be located on the sewer. Does the 10 ft. dime'nsion mean that they are 10 feet from the R.O.W. of the railroad property or 10 feet from the railroad track? Mr. Mattke requested that they contact his office and let him locate the sewer on the (u ground; then they should set the building back 10 feet to the north of the sewer line. 6. Bobbie Jones: Not enough parking spaces shown; need 1 space per 1,000 square foot of floor space in all buildings used for wars- hous-ing. Members Present: Clayton Powel-12 Paul Mattkep Bobbie Jones Utility Representatives: Jim Miller� Herbert Holcomb, Clyde Terry Developers and/or Engineers: None For discussion today was a large Scale Development Plan to construct JACK BUDD an', 'a1dditi6n&l7.warehouse_on property owned by Jack Budd between Hill L,S.Development Avenue and Government Avenue2 and north of the railroad spur. There Warehouses was no one present to represent the plan.
