Wells Bone was present on behalf of Kelley Brothers Lumber & Supply Company and Jerry Sonderegger represented McGoodwin, Williams & Yates, Engineers. Comments were as follows: 1. Harold Lieberenz: Recommended Skylark Street, Sandpiper Avenue and Swan Street all have the same name, such as Sandpiper Drive. Northwood Avenue will be fine as shown. Requested the Planning Office mail Anchor Construction Company minutes of this meeting and send them a letter and the forme necessary to request inspections at the proper time during street construction. 2. Paul Mattke: Everything fine on water and sewer. 3. Clayton Powell: Did not have a copy of the engineering profiles for the streets; but Paul Mattke gave him one of his. Mr. Powell asked what was planned for the dead end streets. Mr. Sonderegger said this was detailed in the plans and would be 3 inch steel posts set in concrete and a concrete curb. Mr. Powell said the streets are designed for a 28 ft. width, but this was accepted as being in effect at the time the preliminary was filed and the street plans approved by the City Engineer's office; therefore, he would accept this width. All other plans looked fine. Mr. Powell reminded Mr. Bone and Mr. Sonderegger that he needed to inspect the curbs when they are finished. Mr. Bone gave Mr. Powell a'date when they should be ready for inspection. Mr. Powell told Mr. Sonderegger he does require an engineerts certification on the proctor density, etc. Mr. Sonderegger said they would have to have those tests done by another engineering firm. Letters were given to both Mr. Bone and Mr. Sonderegger listing the necessary subdivision construction inspections they are to request from the Street Department and the Water and Sewer Department. The meeting was adjourned at 4:05 P.M.
