Utility Representatives: Herbert Holcomb, Developers & Engineers: Oran Whisler. The matter discussed at this meeting was a Large Scale Development Plan submitted by the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter REORGANIZED Day Saints for property on the Old Wire Road just South of the Grace CHURCH OF JESUS Baptist Church. Oran Whisler was present to represent the Church. CHRIST OF LATTER The proposed use is also a Conditional Use which must be approved DAY SAINTS - by the Planning Commission. Comments were as follows: Old Wire Road 1. Herbert Holcomb: Will bring service off Old dire Road. 2. Clayton Powell: Need minimum of 15 ft. on drive radii. Requested developer pay attention to whether there might be a drainage problem. Before the second drain tile is installed (one is existing), the developer should check with the Street Department. It must be a minimum of 15 inches, the larger the better. A "tin whistle" is satisfactory. • 3. Paul Mattke: Two suggestions (1) See if arrangements can be made for dedication of ROW on South portion of the property to align with Hilldale Street. It would be necessary to curve the street to align with Hilldale. (2) Felt the developer could get into public sewer in the Sun Valley Addition at less cost than the proposed septic disposal field shown. Mr. Mattke requested time to check further on this and to check with Bronson Abstract on the width of Old Wire Road. 4. David Tucker: (By telephone) Requested 15 ft. easement down West side of property. It appeared there might be a slight overlap of property lines between this property and Sun Valley Addition. Mr. Mattke said he would have the drafting department to plat it out and see. He asked Mr, ;oPnisler to determine who owned the property to the South. Mr. Whisler also agreed to check with the Church people concerned about the dedication of the street to align with Hilldale . The meeting was adjourned at 4:45 P.M. 0
