The Street Department will install the tile on these drives if they will purchase the tile. The developer should check with Mr. Parker on the size of tile to purchase and the grade. 3. Larry Wood said 30 ft. off the centerline is needed for the Major Street Plan, or an additional 9 ft. Also, on parking, how is it computed: How much of the building is auditorium space? This would solve the problem of how the telephone company got into the subdivision. This was the only change recommended. Mr. Whitting, Mr. Holcomb, and Mr. Lieberenz discussed the lighting requirements for mobile home parks and how this might be metered or how the requirements might be changed if necessary. The meeting was adjourned at 4:20 P.M.
