MINUTES OF A PLAT REVIEW COMMITTEE MEETING is
The
Fayetteville
Plat
Review Committee met
at 3:30 P.M., Friday, December 11, 1970,
in
the Directors
Room,
City Administration
Building, Fayetteville, Arkansas.
Present: Junior Parker, Paul Mattke, Harold Lieberenz, Larry Wood,
Utility Company Representatives Present: Jack Whitting, David Tucker,
Herbert Holcomb.
There were three items for discussion at this meeting.
A plot plan for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter -Day Saints on
Zion Road was discussed first. Recommendations and requirements were CHURCH OF JESUS
as follows: CHRIST OF LATTER-
DAY SAINTS
1. Ozarks Electric needs a 10 ft. easement along Zion Road Zion Road
where their 3-phase line is located.
2. Junior Parker said a 20 ft. radius is needed on both
sides of the drive entrance. The Street Department will
install the tile on these drives if they will purchase
the tile. The developer should check with Mr. Parker
on the size of tile to purchase and the grade.
3. Larry Wood said 30 ft. off the centerline is needed for
the Major Street Plan, or an additional 9 ft. Also, on
parking, how is it computed: How much of the building
is auditorium space?
No other problems were noted, except Mr. Lieberenz felt some screening
of the parking area was required.
The Proposed Final Plat of Cummings -Goff Subdivision was discussed.
Paul Mattke said the plans for drainage and streets have not been CUMMINGS- GOFF
submitted. He must have these before he can approve the plat. The Highway 45
street layout was again discussed briefly.
No other requirements were noted.
The
third item discussed was
the
corrected copy of
a preliminary
plat
for
Centerbrook Subdivision.
Mr.
Mattke asked that
the easement
sub-
mitted for water only be rewritten to cover all utilities and be a CENTERBROOK SUBD,
public easement between the Northwest corner of the subdivision and
Johnson Road. This would solve the problem of how the telephone
company got into the subdivision. This was the only change recommended.
Mr. Whitting, Mr. Holcomb, and Mr. Lieberenz discussed the lighting
requirements for mobile home parks and how this might be metered or
how the requirements might be changed if necessary.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:20 P.M.
