The Plat Review Committee met at 4:00 P.M., Friday, September 27,
1970, in the Directors Room of the City Administration Building,
Fayetteville, Arkanas,
Present: Larry Wood, Paul Mattke, Bobbie Jones,
Utility Company Representatives: None,
Developers Or Engineers: None
The matter for consideration was a Replat of Lot 17, Block 1,
Oakland Hills Addition. Mrs. Eunice Rudolph desires to divide
Lot 17 into two lots. Kemp-Christner is the engineering firm.
Both Mr. Mattke and Mr. Wood discussed the matter, The question
of plat covenants restricting such a division was raised. The
following comments were made:
1. Mr. Mattke suggested that the original survey be
verified. He felt there existed a 20 ft. error. +�
2, Mr. Parker requests at least a 20 ft. radius at the
intersection.
3. In accordance with Major Street Plan, additional ROW
must be dedicated to provide for 40 ft, off centerline
of Rolling Hills Drive,
Both Mr. Mattke and Mr. Wood felt Rolling Hills Drive should be
a collector street rather than an arterial street; however, it
will be necessary to obtain the additional ROA unless the Major
Street Plan is amended.
Recently someone has tried to locate a 50 ft. street (Roland)
extended to the West off Sheryl Avenue. Mr. Mattke said none
is recorded on the official plat,
The meeting was adjourned at 4:30 P,M,
