MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL i PLANNING COMMISSION
A special meeting of the Fayetteville City Council and Planning
Commission was held on Wednesday; February 8, 1995, at 4:30 p.m.,
in Room 326 of the City Administration Building, 113 W. Mountain,
Fayetteville, Arkansas.
PRESENT: Mayor Fred Hanna; Aldermen Stephen Miller (arrived late),
Kit Williams, Cyrus Young, Woody Bassett,'Steve Parker,
Robert Prichard, Len Schaper, and Heather Daniel;
Commissioner Phyllis Johnson, Tom Suchecki, Robert
Reynolds, Jerry Allred, Charles Nickle, Jana Britton, and
Gary Head; City Attorney Jerry Rose; City Clerk/Treasurer
Traci Paul; Administrative Services Director Ben Mayes;
Planning Director Alett Little; Public Works Director
Kevin Crosson; members of staff, press, and audience.
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Hanna called the meeting to order with seven aldermen present
and eight commissioners present.
The City Council, Planning Commission, and staff discussed priority

ssues for Fayetteville, possible projects within Fayetteville, the
Planning Commission's request for City Council guidance, and the
proposed amendment to the Planning Commission ordinance.
The meeting adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
