1. CONSENT AGENDA:
A. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning
Commission meeting of October 25, 1993.
B . LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT - T & K ENTERPRISES:
Submitted by Dave Jorgensen on behalf of T & K
Enterprises. Property is located on the north side
of Pump Station Rd., west of Leeper. Property is
zoned I-1, Light Industrial - Heavy Commercial.
C. FINAL PLAT - JUSTIN ADDITION: Submitted by Dave
Jorgensen on behalf of Dub Dunaway. Property is
located on the east side of Cherry, north of
Huntsville Rd. Property is zoned R-1.5, Moderate
Density Residential and contains .97 acres with 5
lots.
D . EASEMENT VACATION V93-9: Submitted by Lynn Lloyd.
Request is to vacate the southern 15' of a 30' east
- west utility easement located on the north side
