of David Lyle Holtman. Property is located at 2700
Rosewood Dr. Property is zoned R-1, Low Density
Residential.
2 CONSENT AGENDA:
A. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning
Commission meeting of October 11, 1993.
B. LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT - LAKESIDE VILLAGE
APARTMENTS: Submitted by Dave Jorgensen on behalf
of Jim Lindsey. Property is located on the east
side of Gregg Ave., north of Township. Property is
zoned R-2, Medium Density Residential and contains
19.7 acres with 252 units proposed.
3. REZONING R93-44 & R93-45: Submitted by Daniel & Reba Epperly.
Property is located at 2507 & 2525 Mt. Comfort Rd. R93-44 -
Request is to rezone 1.33 acres from R-1, Low Density
Residential to R -O, Residential - Office. R93-45 - Request is
to rezone 2.67 acres from R-1, Low Density Residential to I-1,
Light Industrial - Heavy Commercial.
4. REZONING R93-49: Submitted by Greg House on behalf of Jean
Gibson. Property is located at 525 Shady Ave. Request is to
rezone .45 acres from R-1, Low Density Residential to R-3,
High Density Residential.
5. PRELIMINARY PLAT - BOXWOOD ADDITION: Submitted by Harry Gray
on behalf of Atlas Construction. Property is located on the
south side of Old Wire Rd., east of Azalea Terrace. The
property is zoned R-1, Low Density Residential and contains
19.38 acres with 55 lots.

name of Commerce Drive to Borick Drive in recognition of Mr.
Louis Borick, our founder, President and Chairman of the
Board.
We would like to make this change effective November 30,
1993 in celebration of Mr. Borick's birthday.
