Mountain St., Fayetteville, Arkansas. 1. CONSENT AGENDA: A. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning Commission meeting of September 13, 1993. B. FINAL PLAT - CMN PROPERTIES: Submitted by Mel Milholland on behalf of Nanchar, Inc. Property is located on the north and south sides of Millsap, west of College Ave. Property is zoned C-2, Thoroughfare Commercial and contains 33.82 acres with 19 lots. C. LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT - GREGG PLAZA: Submitted by Bill Rudasill on behalf of Kenneth and Mary Lou Evans.
