Monday, September 13, 1993 at 5:00 p.m., in the City Administration
Building, Room 219, 113 W. Mountain St., Fayetteville, Arkansas.
1. CONSENT AGENDA:
A. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning
Commission meeting of August 23, 1993 and the
special Planning Commission meetings of August 19 &
30, 1993.
B. FINAL PLAT - MISSION HILLS: Submitted by Mel
Milholland on behalf of L. Glen & Winifred Clark.
Property is located on the east side of Mission,
west of Kings Dr., north side of Lakeside Dr.
Property is zoned R-1, Low Density Residential and
contains 9.7 acres with 23 lots.
• 2 REZONING R93-41: Submitted by Bob Whitfield. Property
is located on the north side of Drake, west of Gregg Ave.
Request is to rezone 66 acres from A-1, Agricultural to
R-0, Residential -Office.

3. LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT - CEI ENGINEERING (RETAIL STORE):
Submitted by Mandy Bunch of CEI Engineering. Property is
located on the south side of Joyce Blvd., west of Shiloh
Dr. Property contains 24.94 acres and is zoned C-2,
Thoroughfare Commercial.
4. LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT - CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE SHOP:
Submitted by Bill Oestreich. Property is located on the
southwest corner of 15th and Happy Hollow. Property is
zoned I-2, Heavy Industrial.
5. PRELIMINARY PLAT - WHITE OAK MANOR: Submitted by Harry
Gray on behalf of Rick Tornatore. Property is located
on the east side of Harvey Dowell Rd., south of Wyman.
Property is outside city and contains 43.9 acres with 27
lots.
6. FINAL PLAT - HORSESHOE ADDITION: Submitted by Harry Gray
on behalf of C & B Land & Development Co, Inc. Property
is located on the southwest corner of Porter and
Sycamore. Property is zoned R-1, Low Density Residential
and R-1.5, Moderate Density Residential and contains
17.48 acres with 58 lots.

Property is located on the south side of Wedington, east
of 46th Ave. Property is zoned A-1, Agricultural and
contains 4.5 acres. Request is for a church.
8. LOT SPLIT #1: Submitted by KWIK Industries, Inc. and
represented by Leonard Gabbard of Landtech Engineering.
Property is located on the west side of College Ave,
south of Appleby Rd. (2897 N. College Ave.) and is zoned
C-2, Thoroughfare Commercial.

A. Request for P.C. Resolution to recommend to
City Council action regarding Hollman Lot
Split settlement offer.
