Mountain St., Fayetteville, Arkansas. 1. CONSENT AGENDA: A. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning Commission meeting of August 23, 1993 and the special Planning Commission meetings of August 19 & 30, 1993. B. FINAL PLAT - MISSION HILLS: Submitted by Mel Milholland on behalf of L. Glen & Winifred Clark. Property is located on the east side of Mission, west of Kings Dr., north side of Lakeside Dr. Property is zoned R-1, Low Density Residential and contains 9.7 acres with 23 lots. • 2 REZONING R93-41: Submitted by Bob Whitfield. Property is located on the north side of Drake, west of Gregg Ave. Request is to rezone 66 acres from A-1, Agricultural to R-0, Residential -Office. • 3.
