This is a special meeting to discuss items of importance to the
Planning Commission. These items have been accumulating over the
past months, however there has been inadequate time during our
regularly scheduled meetings to discuss them. The sidewalk
ordinance, off site improvements (rational nexus calculations) and
• the City Council agenda are included in this packet. All other
items are discussion only. If you have any questions or will be
unable to attend please call the Planning Office at 575-8264.
