1. CONSENT AGENDA:
A. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning
Commission meeting of August 9, 1993.
B . FINAL PLAT - TAYLOR ESTATES: Submitted by Dave
Jorgensen on behalf of Esther Taylor. Property is
located off S. College Ave., north of E. 29th Cr.
Property is zoned R-1, Low Density Residential and
contains 11.86 acres with 15 lots.
C. FINAL PLAT - RIDGEWOOD SUBDIVISION: Submitted by
Dave Jorgensen on behalf of Jim Phillips and Rick
Roblee. Property is located on the east side of
Old Missouri Rd., south of Zion Rd. Property is
zoned R-1, Low Density Residential and contains
25.61 acres with 16 lots.
