BUSINESS:
1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning
Commission meeting of July 12, 1993.
2. REZONING R93-33: Submitted by Rob Merry -Ship.
Property is located on the south side of Zion Rd.,
west of Old Missouri Rd. Request is to rezone 8.75
acres from A-1, Agricultural to R-2, Medium Density
Residential.
3. REZONING R93-34: Submitted by Jackie Anderson on
behalf of Ronald & Linda Wallace. Property is
located at 2406 Old Wire Rd. Request is to rezone
0.406 acres from R-1, Low Density Residential to
R -O, Residential - Office.
4 REZONING R93-35: Submitted by Lee Ward on behalf
of Cheryl Miller and Geneva McFarland and
represented by Rick Osborne. Property is located
on the north side of Wedington Dr., west of Shiloh
Dr. Request is to rezone 20 acres from R-2, Medium
Density Residential to C-2, Thoroughfare
