Monday, June 28, 1993 at 5:00 p.m., in the City Administration
Building, Room 219, 113 W. Mountain St., Fayetteville, Arkansas.
BUSINESS:
1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning
Commission meeting of June 14, 1993.
2. REZONING R93-28, R93-29, R93-30 & R93-31:
Submitted by Harry Gray on behalf of Dennis Smith
(R93-28 & 29) and on behalf of Howard & Dixie Cain
(R93-30 & 31). Properties are located on the
southeast corner of Old Wire & Crossover Rd.
R93-28 - Request is to rezone 1.8 acres from R-1,
Low Density Residential to C-1, Neighborhood
Commercial. R93-29 - Request is to rezone 0.25
acres from R-1, Low Density Residential to R -O,
Residential - Office. R93-30 - Request is to
rezone 3 acres from R-1, Low Density Residential to
C-1, Neighborhood Commercial. R93-31 - Request is
to rezone 5.3 acres from R-1, Low Density
Residential to R -O, Residential - Office.
3. REZONING R93-32: Submitted by Shell Spivey on
behalf of Washington County United Way. Property
is located on the southeast corner of Ivey Ln. &
Hwy 265. Request is to rezone 2 Acres from A-1,
Agricultural to R -O, Residential - Office.
4. CONDITIONAL USE CU93-18: Submitted by Doyle
Faubus. Property located 2255 E. Huntsville Rd.
and is zoned R-1, Low Density Residential. Request
is for a home occupation for craft & antique sales.
5. CONDITIONAL USE CU93-20: Submitted by Harry Gray
on behalf of Drew Spurlock. Property is located on
the west side of Happy Hollow Rd., north of
Huntsville Rd. and is zoned R-1, Low Density
Residential. Request is for duplexes in the
proposed Southwoods Subdivision.
