Mountain St., Fayetteville, Arkansas. BUSINESS: 1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning Commission meeting of June 14, 1993. 2. REZONING R93-28, R93-29, R93-30 & R93-31: Submitted by Harry Gray on behalf of Dennis Smith (R93-28 & 29) and on behalf of Howard & Dixie Cain (R93-30 & 31). Properties are located on the southeast corner of Old Wire & Crossover Rd. R93-28 - Request is to rezone 1.8 acres from R-1, Low Density Residential to C-1, Neighborhood Commercial. R93-29 - Request is to rezone 0.25 acres from R-1, Low Density Residential to R -O, Residential - Office.
