Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning Commission meeting of May 10, 1993. 2 REZONING R93-23, R93-24 & R93-25: Submitted by Harry Gray on behalf of Spencer Albright (R93-23 & 24) and on behalf of Warren Taylor and Peter & Clair Gunn (R93-25). Properties are located on the north side of Zion Rd., west of Crossover Rd. R93- 23 - Request is to rezone 4.90 acres from A-1, Agricultural to R -O, Residential - Office. R93-24 - Request is to rezone 9.16 acres from A-1, Agricultural to C-1, Neighborhood Commercial. R93- 25 - Request is to rezone .45 acres from R -O, Residential - Office to C-1, Neighborhood Commercial. 3. REZONING R93-26 & R93-27: Submitted by Dave Jorgensen on behalf of Bill Lazenby. Properties are located on the north side of W. 6th St., south side of Old Farmington Rd. and west of Sandra. R93-26 - Request is to rezone .542 acres from A-1, Agricultural to C-2, Thoroughfare Commercial.
