Mountain St., Fayetteville, Arkansas. BUSINESS: 1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning Commission meeting of April 12, 1993. 2. REZONING R93-19: Submitted by CEI Engineering. Property is located off Longview, on the west side of N. College Ave. Request is to rezone 22.03 acres from A-1, Agricultural, R -O, Redidential - Office and R-1, Low Density Residential to C-2, Thoroughfare Commercial. 3. PRELIMINARY PLAT - CEDARPOINT SUBDIVISION: Submitted by Leonard Gabbard of Landtech Eng. on behalf of Doy Gillihan. Property is located on the south side of Huntsville Rd., west of Curtis Ave. Property is zoned R-2, Medium Density Residential and contains 12.91 acres with 37 lots. 4 CONDITIONAL USE CU93-15: Submitted by Tommy & Letha Glenn. Property is located at 1733 N. Crossover Rd. and is zoned C-1, Neighborhood Commercial. Request is for an Accessory Residential Use. 5.
