REZONING R93-13 & R93-14: Submitted by Dennis Smith on behalf of Randall Garrison and represented by Truman Yancey. Property is located on the north side of Wedington Dr., west of Rupple Rd. R93-13 - Request is to rezone 6.75 acres from R-1, Low Density Residential to R-2, Medium Density Residential. R93-14 - Request is to rezone 41.5 acres from R-1, Low Density Residential to R-1.5, Moderate Density Residential. 3. REZONING R93-15 & R93-16: Submitted by Truman Yancey on behalf of Lloyd H. Pond, James & Barbara Pond and Westridge Baptist Church. Property is located on the north side of Wedington Dr., west of Carlesbad Trace. R93-15 - Request is to rezone 50 Acres from A-1, Agricultural to R-1, Low Density Residential.
