March 8, 1993 at 5:00 p.m., in the City Administration
Room 219, 113 W. Mountain St., Fayetteville, Arkansas.
1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning
Commission meeting of February 22, 1993 and the
Planning Commission Tree Ordinance Public Hearing
of February 25, 1993.
2. LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT - RETAIL DEVELOPMENT:
Submitted by CEI Engineering. Property is located
on the south side of W. 6th St., west of Farmer's
Dr. Property is zoned C-2, Thoroughfare Commercial
and A-1, Agricultural and contains 26.46 acres.
3. PRELIMINARY PLAT - GEORGIAN PLACE: Submitted by
Steve Clark on behalf of Tom Bailey. Property is
located on the northwest corner of Melmar and
Leverett Ave. Property is zoned R-3, High Density
Residential and contains 5 acres with 12 lots.
4. CONDITIONAL USE CU93-11: Submitted by Bill Fugitt
and represented by Kim Fugitt. Property is located
on the north side of Kantz Ln., west of Ball Ave.
and is zoned R-1, Low Density Residential. Request
is for a tandem lot.
5. ALLEY & ROW VACATION V93-4: Submitted by Glenn
Sowder. Request is to vacate Tudor St., west of
Gregg Ave., vacate an unnamed st., north of Adams
and to vacate a north - south alley south of North
St.
6. PARKING WAIVER & OFF SITE PARKING APPROVAL:
Submitted by Cal Canfield. Property is located at
24 E. Meadow St. Property is zoned C-3, Central
Business Commercial.
