1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning
Commission meeting of February 8, 1993.
2. REZONING R93-8: Submitted by Curtis Wray on behalf
of Chris King. Property is located south of Moore
Ln., west of Shiloh Dr. Request is to rezone .74
acres from C-2, Thoroughfare Commercial to I-1,
Light Industrial - Heavy Commercial.
3. REZONING R93-9: Submitted by Harry Gray on behalf
of Richard and Jennifer Bundrick. Property is
located south of Sycamore St., west of Porter Rd.
Request is to rezone 9.17 acres from R-1, Low
Density Residential to R-1.5, Moderate Density
Residential.
4. REZONING R93-10:
CONDITIONAL USE CU93-9:
LOT SPLIT #1: Submitted by Nancy Roller. Property
is located at 1228 51st Ave. (east side of 51st
