1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning
Commission meeting of January 25, 1993.
2 REZONING R93-4: Submitted by Dave Jorgensen on
behalf of Dr. James Moore. Property is located
north of Wedington Dr., west of Rupple Rd.
Request is to rezone 10 acres from R-1, Low Density
Residential to R-1.5, Moderate Density Residential.
3. PRELIMINARY PLAT - NORTHWEST ACRES PH. IV:
Submitted by Dave Jorgensen on behalf of Dr. James
Moore. Property is located north of Wedington Dr.,
west of Rupple Rd. Property is zoned R-1, Low
Density Residential (proposed R-1.5, Moderate
Density Residential - R93-4) and contains 10 acres
with 23 lots.
4. REZONING R93-5: Submitted by Kennith & Brenda
Wentz. Property is located on the west side of

Request is to annex 62.5 acres and rezone the 62.5

7. CONDITIONAL USE CU93-7: Submitted by Truman Yancey
on behalf of West Ridge Baptist Church. Request is
to operate a church at 4586 Wedington Dr. in an
