Monday, January 25, 1993 at 5:00 p.m., in the City Administration
Building, Directors Room, second floor, 113 W. Mountain St.,
Fayetteville, Arkansas.
BUSINESS:
1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning
Commission meeting of January 11, 1993.
2. REZONING R93-3: Submitted by Bill Watkins on
behalf of Prestige Properties (Robert & Virginia
Oliver). Property is located north of Huntsville
Rd., west of Sherman Ave. Also known as Sequoyah
South Subdivision Phase I.
Request is to rezone
Density Residential
Residential.
5.04 acres from R-1, Low
to R-2, Medium Density
3. CONDITIONAL USE CU93-3: Submitted by Harry Gray on
behalf of Benevolent Building Corporation. Request
is to have a private club on the southeast corner
of Zion & Crossover Rd. Property is zoned A-1,
Agricultural and contains 9 acres.
4. CONDITIONAL USE CU93-4: Submitted by Jim McCord on
