1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning
Commission meeting of November 23, 1992.
LOT SPLIT #1:
REZONING R92-40: Submitted by Barbara Harris on
behalf of Bay I. Haley. Property is located on the
west side of Double Springs Rd., south of Wedington
Dr. Request is to rezone 2 acres from A-1,
Agricultural to R-1, Low Density Residential.
3 REZONING R92-41: Submitted by Harry Gray on behalf
of BMP Development. Property is located east of
Salem Rd., north of Timberline Dr. Request is to
rezone 47 acres from A-1, Agricultural to R-1.5,
Moderate Density Residential.
4 REZONING R92-42: Submitted by Robert & Cynthia
McAnarney. Property is located on the west side of
