LSD is represented by Rick Simmons. Property is located on the south side of Kantz Ln., west of Crossover Rd. and contains 1.4 acres. Property is zoned R-0, Residential - Office. Request is for a conditional use for a 36 Unit apartment complex to be developed as a large scale development. 4 CONDITIONAL USE REVIEW CU91-17 - CHILD CARE HOME OCCUPATION: Submitted by Roseanne Leverich.
