Fayetteville, Arkansas.

1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning
Commission meeting of August 10, 1992.
2 REZONING R92-29: Submitted by Caroline Parsons and
represented by Pete Estes and/or Kirk Elsass.
Property is located on the west side of Garland
Ave., south of Wedington Dr.
Request is to rezone from R-1, Low Density
Residential to R -O, Residential -Office.
3 CONDITIONAL USE CU92-17 - STUDENT MINISTRY OFFICE
AND FACILITY: Submitted by Mike Armstrong on
behalf of Christ on Campus. Property is located at
520 Lindell and is zoned R-3, High Density
Residential.
4 FINAL PLAT - PARK PLACE PHASE VI: Submitted by
Dave Jorgensen on behalf of Jim Lindsey. Property
is located south of Victoria Ln., west of Crossover
Rd. Property is zoned R-1, Low Density Residential
and contains 11.26 acres with 25 lots.
