1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning
Commission meeting of July 27, 1992.
2 REZONING R92-24: Submitted by Mike Price on behalf
of Nelson Curtis and Glenn Oldham. Property is
located on the south side of Old Farmington Rd.,
west of One Mile Rd.
Request is to rezone 3.39 acres from A-1,
Agricultural to R-1, Low Density Residential.
3. LOT SPLITS #1, #2 & #3: Submitted by Mike Price on
behalf of Nelson Curtis and Glenn Oldham. Property
is located on the south side of Old Farmington Rd.,
west of One Mile Rd. and is zoned R-1 (Proposed
R92-24), Low Density Residential.
4. LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT - COWBOY STEAKHOUSE:
