1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning
Commission meeting of July 13, 1992.
2 REZONING R91-23: Submitted by Jim Phillips and
Rick Roblee and represented by Dave Jorgensen.
Property is located on the east side of Old
Missouri Rd., south of Zion Rd.
• Request is to rezone 25.61 acres from A-1,
Agricultural to R-1, Low Density Residential.
3 REZONING R92-22: Submitted by Danny Villines.
Property is located on the south side of Mission
Blvd., west of Crossover Rd.
Request is to rezone 3.11 acres from R-1, Low
Density Residential to C-2, Thoroughfare
Commercial.
4 REZONING R92-23: Submitted by Mike Price on behalf
