1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning
Commission meeting of June 22, 1992.
2 PRELIMINARY PLAT - RIDGEWOOD SUBDIVISION:
Submitted by Jim Phillips and Rick Roblee and
represented by Dave Jorgensen. Property is located
on the east side of Old Missouri Rd., south of Zion
Rd. Property is zoned R-1 (Proposed R91-23), Low
Density Residential and contains 26.59 acres with
17 lots.
3 REZONING R91-23: Submitted by Jim Phillips and
Rick Roblee and represented by Dave Jorgensen.
Property is located on the east side of Old
Missouri Rd., south of Zion Rd.
Request is to. rezone 25.61 acres from A-1,
Agricultural to R-1, Low Density Residential.
4 REZONING R92-22: Submitted by Danny Villines.
Property is located on the south side of Mission
Blvd., west of Crossover Rd.
Request is to rezone 3.11 acres from R-1, Low
