THE PLANNING COMMISSION
Monday, June 22, 1992 at 5:00 p.m., in the City Administration
Building, Directors Room, second floor, 113 W. Mountain Street,
Fayetteville, Arkansas.
BUSINESS:
1. Approval of the minutes of the regular Planning
Commission meeting of June 8, 1992.
2 REZONING R92-21: Submitted by Curtis Wray on
behalf of Dr. Carmella Montez. Property is located
south side of Old Wire Rd., west of Oak Bailey
(just west of 2850 Old Wire Rd.).
Request is to rezone that portion of the 7.32 acres
that is A-1, Agricultural to R-1, Low Density
Residential.
3. CONDITIONAL USE CU92-14 - HOME OCCUPATION,
COUNSELING: Submitted by Rose Anna Presley for
property located at 1439 W. Cleveland. Property is
zoned R-1, Low Density Residential.
4. LARGE SCALE DEVELOPMENT - NEWSOME APARTMENTS:
Submitted by Harry Gray on behalf of Bo Newsome.
Property is located on the southwest corner of
Dorothy Jeanne and Shiloh. Property is zoned R-2,
Medium Density Residential and contains 5.01 acres.
5. PRELIMINARY PLAT - WALNUT VIEW ESTATES: Submitted

located on the east & west sides of Salem Rd.,

is located on the northeast corner of Rock &
School. Property is zoned R -O, Residential -Office.
